Similar to a coach conducting a fitness assessment, we begin every new relationship by taking out the time to understand every client’s unique market insights, aptitudes, skill sets, strengths, connectivity to the industry in which they want to launch a new brand. We ask a series of questions from there that helps to clarify business goals, relevant stakeholders, and the client’s overall capacity to self-finance a sales campaign for each new product line.

From here, at least a week or two is spent in a discovery phase where through a series of questions and exercises, frameworks and processes are introduced to help inspire unique approaches toward mitigating risk and maximizing outcomes for each customized campaign.

After a customized plan is delivered (usually in a downloadable GANNT chart and checklist that can be uploaded to various project management systems), we then advise on budgeting and upon request can assign one of our project managers to your prelaunch campaign until you cross the finish line.
